This allows us to source appropriate sites and offer more effective advice, which in turn, enables you to make quick but informed decisions on whether a premises is a suitable for your needs.

SITE DISCOVERY AND SHORTLIST REVIEW
We begin the process by taking time to get to know you, your organisation and its vision. We take time to understand your specific property requirements especially the non-negotiable aspects.
We search for properties matching your requirements. This may involve off market sites or assessing the potential of a change of use with the planning team. Then we send you a shortlist of suitable properties for you to review and critique.
We book physical inspections to see the properties you’re interested in. We will attend with you.
If you wish to proceed, we will negotiate the lease or purchase terms.
The deal is agreed, and we hand over to your solicitor to finalise the paperwork. We oversee every aspect deal through to completion, keeping you informed and clear at every stage during the process until the deal is complete and you can pick up the keys.
We’re good at what we do so there are no upfront costs for our service. At Tunji Adebayo & Co we believe we should only be paid for delivering results, thus we only charge you, if we are successful.
Our standard fees are 10% of the annual rent for leasehold acquisitions and 2% of the Purchase price for freehold acquisitions.
